This 10-piece set includes nine kitchen knives and a slotted wood storage block. The knives are made from high-quality German stainless steel with satin-finished blades and fully forged bolster construction for durability and balance.
Included are 3.5-inch and 4-inch paring knives, 5-inch serrated utility, 5.5-inch hollow-edge Santoku, 5.5-inch prep, 6-inch utility, 7-inch hollow-edge Santoku, 8-inch bread, and 8-inch chef’s knives. The black contoured handles use a traditional triple-rivet design. Hand washing and thorough drying are recommended for maintaining the blades.
