This reversible cast iron grill/griddle provides two cooking surfaces in one 17 x 12-inch piece. One side is smooth for pancakes, eggs, sandwiches, burgers, and similar griddle cooking, while the opposite side has raised grill ribs for meats and vegetables.
It is made in the USA and factory-seasoned with 100% natural vegetable oil. The cast iron construction is compatible with stovetops, ovens, outdoor grills, and campfires. The cookware is made without PFAS and should be hand washed, dried thoroughly, and lightly oiled after cleaning.
